It took longer to dispose of the shipping container than it did to put it together. Very solid construction and I've got no fear of storing heavy items.

We ordered 18 units.  One shelf (out of 54) had some broken wire welds when we received it.  We contacted shelving.com, sent them some pictures, and they replaced it promptly without complaint.  I appreciated the quality customer service.
