Mistake in order July 8, 2019 Reviewer: Maria from Virginia   I had ordered two shelving units, but one of the packets containing clips was missing one half of one clip. Shelving.com responded quickly to my request for another clip, sent me a couple of extras just in case I needed them, and was pleasant to deal with.
