I had ordered two shelving units, but one of the packets containing clips was missing one half of one clip. Shelving.com responded quickly to my request for another clip, sent me a couple of extras just in case I needed them, and was pleasant to deal with. I really like the shelves I got and the service they provided, and I will definitely order from them again.
